When your IDX account is first activated, you will receive an email with your new Username and Password, links to some of your new IDX pages, and a link to log in to the Control Panel. You can see the login link here:
It's a good idea to bookmark this link as you may be revisiting it frequently in the future to check on your leads and IDX settings. If you ever lose this email and would like your login information resent to you just contact the support team either by phone (1 800 421 9668) or by email: email@example.com and we will resend you your login credentials via email.
We can send your login credentials to any of the contacts you enter into the account, Primary, Billing, or Designer.
After logging in, you will have the ability to change your password if you wish. Click on Account and Change Password.
