A Contact is any user who has permission to manage and/or make changes to your account. Your Account Contacts may also receive email correspondence from IDX Broker, like feature updates or billing notices. You can view all contacts on your account by clicking Account in the main menu, clicking Contacts in the submenu, and then clicking Manage in the dropdown menu.
You will see a list of current contacts associated with your account. Usually, this will include yourself and your web designer. The Tools column provides you with a number of ways to manage your contacts.
- Edit Contact - Make any changes to the contacts name, email address, or other contact information.
- View Details - Quickly view all details about a contact.
- Delete Contact - Delete this contact from your account.
- Set as Primary - Make this contact the primary contact for the account. The primary account contact has authority on any changes to the account.
To create a new contact, click Create from the Contacts drop-down menu.
Fill out the form provided, and click Save Changes to add your new contact to your list.
