IMPress Widgets

Last Updated: Jun 27, 2018 09:50AM PDT
Included in the IMPress for IDX Broker WordPress Plugin are IMPress widgets. These are widgets similar in function to the widgets available in the IDX Broker dashboard, but with styling specifically for WordPress. If you do not have the plugin installed, follow these instructions to install the IMPress for IDX plugin.

NOTE: These additional features are only available in WordPress, with the installation of the IMPress Plugin.

IMPress Property Showcase

The IMPress Property Showcase widget can be used to display your Featured, Sold/Pending, or Supplemental properties in a grid layout. It can also be used to display listings from any saved link you create in the IDX Broker dashboard.

When you build the widget in WordPress you will be given the option of whether to show images, set the number of rows and how many listings per row, the number of listings to show total, and the sort order. For office level accounts you can choose to display the listings of a single agent in the widget. You can also choose to display the listings in a single column by deselecting the "Use rows?" option when creating the widget.

By default, the widget is set to use default styling which applies some basic CSS styling to the widget. Deselecting this option will set the widget to ignore the default styling so that you or your designer/developer can apply CSS styling.

IMPress Property Carousel

The IMPress Property Carousel can be used to display your Featured, Sold/Pending, or Supplemental properties in a single row that will scroll through listings. It can also be used to display listings from any saved link you create in the IDX Broker dashboard.

When building the widget you can choose the number of listings to show without scrolling, the maximum number of listings to display with the widget, and the sort order. You can also choose to turn off scrolling so that the user must click to scroll through the listings by disabling the autoplay option when building the widget.

By default, the widget is set to use default styling which applies some basic CSS styling to the widget. Deselecting this option will set the widget to ignore the default styling so that you or your designer/developer can apply CSS styling.

Omnibar Search

The Omnibar is a simple search bar that can search different points of data from a single field. Users can search for a listing by city, zip code, address, or listing ID by default. It can also be setup to search through advanced fields. Read the article about the Omnibar Search Widget for more information.
