IDX Broker allows development partners to control the contact emails that are sent out to our mutual clients. By affecting this change, partners can ensure that clients receive communication about their account from a single source.
To enable this option, log in to your partner dashboard and navigate to Account -> Account Info
Near the bottom of this page is a radio button that allows you to turn on or off the contact control.
Be sure to save any changes made before leaving this page.
When this is enabled, clients will not receive automated emails from IDX Broker support, like the setup email. This ensures that you have and maintain control over the contact for your clients.
