Partner Billing Notification

As a developer partner without billing control, you still get notifications when billing fails on one of your clients. This feature affords you the opportunity to proactively engage your client to prevent their account from being automatically canceled.

You may opt out of most of the failed billing emails by logging into your partner dashboard and navigating to Account -> Account Info.

From the Account Info page, locate the radio button to Opt-Out of Client Billing Emails.

Note: The opt-out radio button does not turn off the email on day six of failed billing.
