At this time, Zillow Group has direct relationships with the majority of MLSs. If you are affected by Zillow Group’s change and are the listing agent for a property that was included in an IDX Broker feed within the last 90 days, you should have received an email directly from Zillow Group explaining their decision.
FAQAm I affected by this change?
No - If your MLS has already established a direct relationship with Zillow Group, your ability to syndicate your featured listings to Zillow Group properties will not be affected.
Yes - If your MLS has not established a direct relationship with Zillow Group, and IDX Broker is displayed as the listing source on Zillow Group.
How do I know if my MLS has a connection?
Zillow Group has provided the following tool - https://premieragent.zillow.com/mls-checker/ . If you have questions about the information they are listing, please contact Zillow Group.
Why am I being contacted by Zillow Group when my MLS already syndicates listings on my behalf?
While your MLS may be the primary source from which Zillow Group is obtaining your listing information, if syndication was enabled within your IDX Broker account, your listing was also available through our feed.
Are supplemental properties affected?
Yes. If you are reliant on IDX Broker to syndicate your supplemental or pocket listings, you will no longer be able to do so effective February 2, 2018.
