The primary account information- including your URL, IDX subdomain, address, company name and email - for your IDX Broker account is stored under Account in the main menu, and Details in the submenu.
On this screen, you can edit general identification and contact information for your account, like your address, email address, or display name. Here are a few things to keep in mind regarding your account information:
- Display Name - This is the name on your account that will display publicly on your IDX pages. You can change this to your name, your company's name, or whatever you would like.
- Primary Email - Please be sure this email address is correct. This is the email address that will receive any correspondence from IDX Broker. For Single Agent accounts, all lead notification emails will be sent to this address.
Note: If you need to change your Company Name, Primary client name or Website Address, please contact mlsinfo@idxbroker.com. MLS usually require new paperwork if any of these items change. Our MLS Coordinators need to make sure we have all updated paperwork before updating this information on your account.
