Adding the IXACT CRM to your account
If you'd like to add IXACT CRM to your IDX Broker account you'll do so through the Upgrade Center in your IDX Broker Dashboard. Click on Account > Upgrade:
To enable the IXACT CRM you will want to choose an account type that includes IXACT e.g. Platinum + IXACT CRM. You will see the available account types under the Account Type tab:
At the bottom of the Account Type page you'll see the Change Account Type section. To enable IXACT choose one of the account types that includes IXACT in the drop down then review the change in your monthly charge:
Once you've selected an account type that includes the CRM, check the box to agree to the change in your monthly charge and click on "Submit Now." You will now have access to the IXACT CRM from your IDX Broker account.
Accessing the IXACT CRM
After adding IXACT CRM to your IDX Broker account, you'll have access to an IXACT CRM account. Please note you won't have separate login information for your IXACT account. You will always access IXACT CRM through your IDX Broker account - this is called single sign on.
To login to your IXACT account, click the IXACT CRM tab in the left menu to be automatically logged in. This step is what completes your IXACT account creation. Now, you can manage your leads and campaigns in IXACT.
Setting Up Lead Import
After you have logged into IXACT for the first time, your leads from IDX Broker will automatically send to your IXACT CRM. By default, your new leads will land in the Utilities area of IXACT. From here you can import the leads into your Contact database. However, you can enable automatic lead importing by toggling a setting in IXACT. This allows any new leads from IDX Broker to automatically import into your Contacts lists in IXACT.
To configure this setting in IXACT, click on Integrations > Lead Capture > New Lead Settings and check the box for Automatically accept new leads into my contact database.
Importing Leads from Utilities
If you haven't setup your IXACT account to automatically accept new leads into your contact list, your leads will end up in the Utilities tab. This is found in the top right corner of your IXACT account. Click on the Utilities icon and you'll find your leads in the Imported and Synchronized Contacts area. Select all the leads you want to move to your Contacts list and click Accept.
Connecting IDX Broker to an Already Existing IXACT Account with Email Capture
If you have an IXACT account that you created separately from your IDX Broker account, you will want to instead setup lead capture via email to import new leads generated by your IDX Broker account into IXACT.
First, with your IXACT account you'll want to navigate to Integrations > Lead Capture > Lead Capture - Email and check the box for Enable Lead Capture via Email.
This will reveal the email address unique to your account that is needed for email parsing. Copy this email address.
Next, you will want to navigate back to your IDX Dashboard via the IDX logo in the top right corner.
Then, navigate to Design > Settings > Global > Email Settings (or click this link if you are currently logged in to your account in this browser) and add the email address you copied from IXACT in the field below Send a Carbon Copy (CC) or Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) for these forms.
Keep in mind that you only need to connect IXACT via email in this way if the IXACT account was created separately from your IDX Broker account. If you created your IXACT account through your IDX Broker Dashboard you should not setup lead capture via email in this way, otherwise you might get duplicate leads.
