All use of the IDX Broker name, logos, and social media assets must adhere to these official guidelines to maintain brand integrity. These policies are subject to change, and partners should review them periodically for updates.
1. Name and URL Usage

Site Attribution: You may use the IDX Broker name and link on your website, but it must not imply that your site is an official part of the IDX Broker company.

URL Restrictions: Do not use "IDX Broker" within your URL structure, including subdomains or subfolders.
2. Logo and Asset Requirements
Official branding assets can be acquired through the IDX Developer Portal.

Modification: The logo must not be modified, animated, or enhanced with special effects.

Scaling: You may resize the logo, but the original aspect ratio must be maintained.

Overlay: Do not overlay text or other images on top of the logo.

Placement: The logo should not be used as a favicon or main header image in a way that suggests your site officially represents the company.

Links: All IDX Broker logos must link directly to
IDXBroker.comor your specific Developer Partner sign-up link. -
Spacing: Maintain a safety buffer around the logo equal to at least 50% of the logo's dimensions when placing it near other graphic elements.
3. Social Media and Support Etiquette

#IDXBrokerfor general posts and#idxdevfor developer-specific content. -
Issue Reporting: Do not discuss application bugs or MLS data issues on social media.

Boundary Guidance: Failure to follow these branding policies may result in the modification or cancellation of asset usage permissions at the discretion of IDX Broker.
