All of the customizations in this guide can be found under the Design section of your dashboard menu. Use this guide to personalize your Elite website's appearance, branding, and content.
Website Themes
IDX Broker Elite offers two website themes: Light (Breeze) and Dark (Luxe).
To change your website theme:
- Navigate to Website Themes.
- Press Activate next to your preferred theme.
- Click View to see how the theme looks on your site.
Branding - Colors
Customize your website's branding by selecting your Primary and Secondary colors.
To update your branding colors:
- Go to Branding → Colors.
- Choose a Primary Color and Secondary Color.
- If "Sync Brand Colors" is checked, button colors will automatically match your branding.
- Primary Buttons will match your Primary Color.
- Secondary Buttons will match your Secondary Color.
- Suggested text colors will be automatically selected.
Website Content - Navigation
Logos
A default placeholder logo is created when your account is set up. To update your logo:
- Visit Website → Website Content. You’ll be brought to the “Navigation” tab.
- Here you have option to edit the Menu and Logo for your account.
- Click Edit and upload your logo file.
Note: IDX Broker Elite supports upload of only one logo. If you need to comply with MLS requirements (e.g., Northwest MLS requires both a Brokerage and Team logo), you may need to create a combined graphic using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Google Drawings.
Menu Changes
This allows you to customize the links shown in the menu of your site. From here, you can change the titles of the menu options shown. Hover over the ADD Option and seleect what part of the menu you wish to edit.
Custom Links & IDX Search page
This option provides a custom link feature to display external links from various sources, such as AppFolio or Google Reviews, depending on the content you wish to showcase.
IDX Saved Search
This allows you to customize the options shown under the Link Menu option. From here, you can select the edit button and manage the Saved Links shown under this menu item.
From here, a new window should show offering the option to add more saved links, change their order, and rename them as needed.
Social Links
- Visit Website → Website Content.
- You can add links to your social media accounts:

- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
Footer Compliance
An Area for you to add custom disclaimer information, and a document upload area that outlines MLS Compliance requirements for the website.
Contact Information
Below Logos and Social Links, you will find your Contact Information. Your phone number and email address are pulled from your Account Settings.
- Click Edit to update them. You’ll be redirected to your account settings.
Website Content - Home Page
Hero Section
Customize the main heading and subheading on your homepage in the Hero Section:
- Visit Website → Website Content. Switch from Navigation to the Home tab.
- Edit the Heading and Subheading fields.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
- Click Restore to default to revert to the original settings if needed.
Quick Search & AI Smart Search Widget
Elite accounts include a Quick Search Widget with default settings.
- Default Setting: On
- Toggle between the widgets to turn them on or off.
- Click the widget ID number to adjust default Widget Options.

- Live preview will update on the right for each change
Background video option
IDX has partnered with Pexels to utilize free stock images for the website background. Additionally, you can showcase your own photos by uploading them to Pexels through the creation of an account. From here, you can choose either a still image or a video to show in the background.
Featured Listings
The Featured Listings Carousel is customizable but cannot be removed to prevent display issues.
- Default Setting: On
- Toggle the Featured Listings Carousel on or off.
- Click Edit to adjust default Widget Options

Contact Message
Modify the Contact Message that appears next to your homepage’s contact form.
Contact Form
The Contact Form is how leads can submit their contact information directly from your website. The default contact form template is Precision Listings Contact.
*It is not recommended to change the Contact Form template. However, if you do change templates, you can always revert back to Precision Listings Contact template.
Website Content - About Page
Hero Section
Customize your About page by editing the:
- Main Photo displayed on the About Page
- Page Heading
- Paragraph text providing information about you and your brokerage.
Toggle the display of Social Links on or off.
- Default Setting: On
Agent Roster
An Agent Roster is available with our Team and Office plans.
You are able to customize the sort order for the Agents on your Primary, and individual Office Roster pages (if applicable). You may also modify the sort order of the Offices that appear at the top of your Roster page. Note that the default sort order is alphabetical.
To manage your Agent Roster:
- Navigate to About.
- Click Roster → Roster Management → Edit.
- Select your Office.
- Reorder your agents based on preference.
Search
This tab allows you to customize the search option you keep available in your menu and change the default search option for the menu. From here, you can update the template and choose the lead registration rules for your search pages.
