AI Redesign

Existing Engage customers (accounts created before March 31, 2025) will need to login and enable the new AI Redesign feature. New Engage customers (accounts created after March 31, 2025) will have AI Redesign automatically enabled.

AI Redesign is an advanced tool that allows users to transform property listing images based on room type and style. This enhances the property viewing experience, helping potential buyers visualize spaces in different aesthetics before making a decision. For realtors, this feature is a great way to showcase a property’s potential, increasing engagement and making listings stand out from the competition.

1. Enabling AI Redesign (Existing Customers)

If you have an existing IDX Broker account, you will need to enable AI Redesign manually.

1. Log in to your IDX Broker Control Panel.
2. Navigate to Design > Settings > Global Preferences > Details.
3. Locate the option for Display AI Redesign and enable it.
4. Click Save Changes to apply the settings.

NOTE: If your account was created before December 17, 2024, you may also need to update your listing details template:

• Go to Website > Page Templates.
• Click Edit Layout on your current details page.
• Update to the latest version of one of the recommended templates:
  • Home Studio Details v1.004
  • Listing Pro Details v2.002
  • mobileFirst Details v1.010
  • Precision Listing Details v1.003

2. Verifying AI Redesign is Active (New Customers)

If your IDX Broker account was created after March 31, 2025, AI Redesign is automatically applied to your property details pages. No additional setup is required.

To confirm AI Redesign is active:

1. Go to Website > Page Templates.
2. Find the Details Pages section. 
3. Open a property details page and check if the AI Redesign widget is present.

3. Using the AI Redesign Feature

Once AI Redesign is enabled, visitors can interact with it on listing detail pages, giving potential buyers a unique and interactive home-searching experience. 

We recommend testing the feature on your own listings to understand how it works before guiding clients:

1. Open any property listing on your website.
2. Scroll to the AI Redesign Widget.
3. Choose a room type (e.g., living room, kitchen, bedroom).
4. Select a redesign style (e.g., modern, rustic, traditional).
5. Click Apply Redesign to generate the new image.
6. The system will process the request and display the redesigned version of the room.
