Your IDX Broker site can now show buyers what it's like to live in an area, without sending them off your site. Three new features bring Local Logic neighborhood data to your listings and pages:
- Local Content: A neighborhood snapshot on every listing detail page, with a map, walk and commute scores, nearby schools, and points of interest. It's on by default.
- Neighborhood Widgets: Add a single piece of neighborhood content, like a map or nearby schools, to any page.
- Neighborhood Pages: Build a full page for each neighborhood you work, with every section included.
These features are available on the Engage and Elite plans and cover US listings and zip codes.
