Create a Neighborhood Page

A neighborhood page is a full page for one neighborhood that brings all of the neighborhood content together in one place: the hero, the map, highlights, characteristics, and schools. It is the best way to show deep local knowledge for an area you work in, and it gives sellers and buyers a single page that says you know the neighborhood.

Where a widget adds one piece of neighborhood content to a page you already have, a neighborhood page is the whole set, built for you as its own page.

This feature is available on the Engage and Elite plans.

• You need an Engage or Elite plan.

• You will search by US zip code. Neighborhood data covers US areas only.

• Each page covers one neighborhood. If you work several neighborhoods, create a page for each one.

1. Go to Design > Website > Page Templates.

2. Find the Neighborhood pages section and click Create New on the right.

3. Enter the zip code and click Search.

4. Choose the neighborhood for the page.

5. Under the page details section, you can update the page name and/or the page URL

6. Click Save.

Your neighborhood page is created with all the neighborhood content sections included.

• A page includes all the neighborhood sections. You do not pick and choose. The hero, map, highlights, characteristics, and schools are all part of the page. If you only want one section on an existing page, create a neighborhood widget instead (see the neighborhood widget article).

• The neighborhood list comes from Local Logic, not from us. Local Logic decides which neighborhoods are tied to each zip code. If you do not see the neighborhood you expected, it is because Local Logic has not mapped it to that zip. We cannot add or rename neighborhoods.

• Create one page per neighborhood you work. A separate page for each area gives each one its own place to point sellers, referrals, and searches.

• Every page shows a "Powered by Local Logic" credit. That is expected and cannot be removed.

My zip search does not show the neighborhood I want. The neighborhood options come from Local Logic. Try the zip code the neighborhood actually sits in, since boundaries do not always match what you expect. If it still is not listed, Local Logic has not mapped it, and we cannot add it.
