Bright is a streamlined version of our Elite platform designed to give you quick access to your leads, blog posts, Social Pro accounts, and listing information. This article covers the main areas of Bright and what you can do in each section.
Leads
The Leads section lets you view and manage all incoming contacts. Leads will come from your contact from the shown in the blog section.
In this area, you can:
View lead details
Update names, emails, phone numbers
Add notes or tags
View form submissions tied to that lead
Website Logo
Under the Website Content area, you can upload or replace your site’s main logo. Supported image types typically include PNG, JPG, and (depending on your theme) SVG.
This logo appears in the header of your Blog posts and Contact page. This can be found in your account under Design > Website > Website Content. Once here, you will see Manage Light and Dark Logos. Select this, and you will be able to change your logo.
Blog Posts Settings
This section allows you to set the day of your post as well as the Heading and sub heading. Selecting the day will make sure your post go out when your leads are online!
A New feature we have for this is the market Reports posting. This will allow you to share market report for up to 10 different locations within your MLS by City, County, or Postal code!!
Blog Posts
Bright automatically publishes general-interest blog posts to your website. These articles help keep your site active and provide content for Social Pro.
Each blog includes:
A title and short preview
A link to the full article
An embedded contact form
Any form submissions appear automatically in your Leads section.
Social Pro Connections
Bright includes support for Social Pro auto-posting to:
Facebook
LinkedIn
Twitter / X
In this section, you can connect or reconnect your accounts.
Important Notes About Social Pro and Social Media Platform Requirements
Different social media platforms have their own rules and policies that affect how Social Pro can post on your behalf. Below are some important guidelines to help ensure smooth posting and prevent account issues.
LinkedIn Requirements
LinkedIn requires all third-party connections (including Social Pro) to be refreshed every 60 days.
This is a LinkedIn policy and is not controlled by our system.
If your LinkedIn posts stop publishing, simply reconnect your LinkedIn account from your Social Pro settings.
Facebook Image Display Issues
Facebook may occasionally have trouble generating preview images for posts.
If a post looks blank or the preview image is missing:
Visit the Facebook Sharing Debugger
Enter the URL that appears blank
Click “Scrape Again” to refresh Facebook’s cache
This usually resolves the issue immediately.
Facebook Account Creation Best Practices
If you are setting up Social Pro for the first time:
Be sure your personal Facebook profile is fully created and established before creating a business page.
Avoid creating a personal profile and business page back-to-back in the same session and immediately connecting to Social Pro.
Rapid account creation and instant third-party connections can trigger Facebook’s automated security checks, which may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions.
Twitter / X Account Activity Requirements
X (formerly Twitter) may flag accounts that only rely on automated posting and show little or no manual activity.
To avoid this:
Log in to your X account regularly
Make manual posts a few times per month
Engage with content when possible
Accounts flagged as inactive or bot-like may be restricted by X. While users can appeal restrictions, recovery is not guaranteed.
Listings
The Listings section includes three categories:
Active Listings
Sold Listings
Off-Market Listings
Each listing shows:
Property address
MLS number
Price
Status
This allows you to quickly verify the listings associated with your account.
Featured Agent & Office IDs
Bright allows you to update two key settings:
Featured Agent ID – the main listing agent highlighted on your website
Office ID – used to filter listings tied to your office
These settings help ensure your Social Pro account shares the right listing info for your posts.
Account Details
In the Account Details section, you can update:
Name
Email
Phone number
Address
Brokerage information
These details are used across your contact Forms.
Contact Forms
Bright includes built-in contact forms on:
Blog posts
Website footer
Optional landing pages
All submissions appear automatically in the Leads section.
