What is Social Pro?
Bright MLS offers Social Pro and Sphere to its members as an add-on service, provided by IDX Broker. It enables automatic posting of your real estate listings, listing changes, and blog content directly to your connected social media channels.

How to Set Up Social Pro (Step-by-Step Guide)
Follow these numbered steps to activate the Social Pro auto-posting feature:
- Log in to your Social Pro Dashboard.
- Navigate to Design > Settings > Global.
- In the Global Preferences menu, click the Social tab.
- Enter the URL for your Facebook Business Page and/or X profile URL.
- Click the Activate button next to the links you entered.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
If Social Pro auto-posting is not working, try the following solutions:
- Account Type: Ensure you are linking a Facebook Business Page (not just a personal profile).
- Reconnect Links: Disconnect and then reconnect your social media accounts to refresh the connection.
- Rate Limits: Note that auto-posting may be subject to temporary delays or platform-specific rate limits imposed by Facebook, X, or LinkedIn.
