How to Search your MLS for Sold Listings
When sold data is available, you can give your website visitors access to search for sold listings in your MLS. You do this by adding your IDX Broker Advanced Search page to your website and choosing "Sold" in the status field. You can also use your Advanced Search page to create and add IDX Broker saved links and widgets to your site. This will allow you to make hyper-local search around Sold listings in your area.
Additionally, you may use the Polygon tool to specify an area on the map where you want to display sold listing. You just need to add the Sold status under the Results Copy & Paste String area by adding this parameter: &idxStatus=sold

How to Manage My Sold Listings
Your Featured Sold listings will automatically display in your IDX Broker account when Sold Data is available from the MLS. You can manage your Sold listings by going to Listings > Sold/Pending.For Sold Data that goes further back than the feed provides (check the MLS coverage page here for how far back Sold Data is available for your MLS ) you can add prior Sold listings as Supplemental listings by going to Listings > Supplemental.
