What is Social Pro?
Social Pro is an add-on for IDX Broker. It enables automatic posting of your real estate listings, listing changes, and blog content directly to your connected social media channels.

- Automatic Listing Updates: Automatically shares updates, including price changes, for existing listings.
- Blog Content Sharing: Optionally posts general interest blog content that is created within IDX Broker.
- Platform Integration: Integrates with your Facebook Business Pages, X profile, and LinkedIn.
How to Set Up Social Pro (Step-by-Step Guide)
Follow these numbered steps to activate the Social Pro auto-posting feature:
- Log in to your IDX Broker Dashboard.
- Navigate to Design > Settings > Global.
- In the Global Preferences menu, click the Social tab.
- Enter the URL for your Facebook Business Page and/or X profile URL.
- Click the Activate button next to the links you entered.

Turning on Auto Posting
Within the Website Content tab, navigate to the Blog section to enable blog features and configure automatic posting rules.
- Choose the desired day for posting
- Select the post status you prefer for suggested publications

Now available!! is Market report posting. These posts can show a market report for any given area for the month. These posts are done every 30 days after creation
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If Social Pro auto-posting is not working, try the following solutions:
- Account Type: Ensure you are linking a Facebook Business Page (not just a personal profile).
- Reconnect Links: Disconnect and then reconnect your social media accounts to refresh the connection.
- Rate Limits: Note that auto-posting may be subject to temporary delays or platform-specific rate limits imposed by Facebook, X, or LinkedIn.
