Overview
If your CRM or marketing platform requires a tracking pixel (such as Follow Up Boss, Meta, Google Ads, etc.), you can install it directly inside your IDX Broker account using the Global Sub-Header.
This allows tracking scripts to fire across your IDX pages, including:
Property Details Pages
Search Results Pages
Registration Pages
Saved Properties
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
The full tracking pixel code from your CRM or marketing platform.
Admin access to your IDX Broker account.
How to Add a Tracking Pixel
Step 1: Log Into IDX Broker
Log into your IDX Broker dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Sub-Headers Section
Go to:
Design → Website → Sub-Headers
Select the Global tab.
💡 Using the Global sub-header ensures the pixel loads on all IDX pages.
Step 3: Add the Pixel Code
Click into the editor field.
Select the HTML button to switch to HTML mode.
Paste your full tracking pixel code.
Click Update.
If prompted, save changes for both desktop and mobile views.
How to Test the Pixel
After installation:
Open your website in an incognito/private browser window.
Perform actions such as:
Searching for properties
Viewing a listing
Registering
Check your CRM or tracking platform to confirm activity is being recorded.
Troubleshooting
If the pixel is not firing:
Confirm it is placed in the Global sub-header.
Ensure the full script code was copied (no missing lines).
Clear your browser cache.
Disable browser ad blockers while testing.
Confirm your IDX pages are loading via HTTPS.
