IDX Broker now offers a dashboard that provides you with step-by-step instructions for MLS approval.
To access MLS Instructions in IDX Broker, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your IDX Broker Dashboard here.
2. On your dashboard you will see to the right a Step-by-step view of your MLS Approval Status, and where it is at in the process.
2. To get detailed instructions, once in your Dashboard, click "MLS".
3. Now the MLS Instructions will appear within your Dashboard.
Keep in mind, that MLS Instructions will appear ONLY when your account is still PENDING approval from an MLS. Once you are approved, instructions will disappear as you no longer need to complete any steps!
