We’re sorry to see you go! Before you cancel your account, we hope you’re aware of all the different tools and functionality that an IDX Broker account provides, as well as the resources available on how to maximize the value you receive from having an account with us.

- If you’re not capturing quite as many leads as you’re looking for, consider adjusting your Request or Force Registration rules with the information in this article to force or ask your visitors to register after they look at a certain number of listings or other pages or after performing a few searches. Many IDX Broker customers have found these settings to be helpful in generate more leads.

I Still Want To Cancel My Account
If you signed up for your IDX Broker account directly through IDX Broker, please first login to your IDX Broker account. Once logged in, click on this link to be taken to the cancellation page:
Cancel Your Account
If your account is managed and billing through an IDX Broker Developer Partner, they’ll need to cancel the account for you. Please reach out to your developer partner to cancel your account.
Terms
We require 30 days advance notice to cancel your account, as per our Terms of Service. However, we will not bill your account again after we have received your cancellation form submission. Any payment you made for the current month of service will be used up and your account will remains active until your next scheduled billing date. On that next scheduled billing date your account will be disabled. We can disable your account early if you request it, but the prepaid amount is not refundable.
Cancellation Deadline
If you miss your billing date and the system bills you for the upcoming month before you get the chance to cancel with us, there is no refund of this billed amount. Please be aware of your regularly scheduled billing date so that you can cancel in advance of that date as needed.
Confirmation
We will always email you a confirmation of the cancellation. If you have not received confirmation within one week of your request, please review your email provider's spam settings to determine if the cancellation confirmation email is displayed there. If you still haven't received a confirmation please contact our support team.
Fees
There is no fee to cancel your account.
Re-enabling Your Account
You may re-enable your account without paying any setup or additional fees, provided that your account meets the following conditions:
- Your account has been disabled for less than 3 months.
- After 3 months you may be required to pay a setup fee to re-enable your account.
- There is no data-management fee in order to re-approve your IDX feed.
- Your MLS does not require new paperwork.
