Each agent with a user account in IDX Broker can customize how property updates are sent out from the system on their behalf. These change the look of the regular email updates that each lead will receive. Property Update settings for agents can be found by clicking Account in the main menu, Users in the submenu, and Agents from the drop-down menu. Now select the edit icon for the user you would like to edit. Click Property Update in the tab menu.
Here, you can set the property update carbon copy preferences for this agent. Choose to copy the agent on each individual email update that goes out to their leads, or choose to send a daily email with a summary of all of the email updates that went out to their leads each day.
When you are done, click Save Changes.
