The new My Listings Manager is our latest mobile-responsive tool that allows your website visitors to sign up as leads, save searches and properties, and receive updates based on their interests from your website. They can then return to your site to review or update their saved content and contact information.
Your website visitors can create an account with My Listings Manager by clicking to save a search or save a property on the IDX Results and Details pages; however, there are other pages that can make it easier for your visitors to sign up for new accounts or log into their existing account. These are called User Pages.
Note: These pages can be customized using CSS and Sub-headers just like other IDX Pages.

Note: It is recommended that your Lead Registration settings and rules be set before placing these links on your site.
Saved searches will show a summary of the criteria set by your lead in their search. Each entry will have its own menu that will present them with the option to view listings from the search, edit the search, and delete the search.
Saved properties allows the client to click through directly to their favorite properties.
At the top-right of the My Listings Manager dashboard is the My Account drop-down menu. From here your lead can update their Account Settings, their contact information, and edit their update settings.

MLM User Pages

User Signup
The User Signup page is an easy to use form for your website visitors to sign up as a lead for access to My Listings Manager. The form on the page is set to collect first name, last name, and email address by default and can be customized in your advanced lead registration settings to collect the information you consider pertinent.User Login
The User Login page allows leads who have already signed up for My Listings Manager to login to the system to review their settings and saved content.My Account
If the visitor is logged into My Listings Manager, the My Account page link will take them back to the My Listings Manager dashboard. My Listings Manager Dashboard
When your leads sign into My Listings Manager, they will be presented with the first three saved searches and saved properties they have in their account along with links to view all of their saved searches and all of their saved properties.
