To draw a Polygon, click on the Polygon icon on the left side of the left. Then click once on the map to mark your first point. Now, click somewhere else on the map to draw a line. Continue clicking on the map to draw your shape. You last point should end at the starting point. You must close the shape in order for the polygon to return results.
NOTE: If your map settings are not on "auto-refresh" you'll need to click "Refresh" in the bottom right corner of the map.
Each polygon shape may be edited with the Edit Tool. When the Edit Tool is selected, the existing shape will become pink dashed lines with grab-points on all the corners. New grab-points between each of the original points will also be visible. Grab and move these new points just like the original points to change the shape. When finished editing the points around the area, click the Save button next to the Edit Tool.
Similarly, you can also use the radius search tool to easily search for listings within a desired radius. Click on the Radius (circle) icon on the left side of the map. Click on the desired starting point and then move your mouse away from the starting point to see your radius grow. When you are happy with the desired radius click on the map again to set the final area.
