Widgets, for the most part, reside on your webpages, outside of the realm of IDX Broker. Because of this, each widget has it's own CSS that stays inline with the widget code.
To edit this widget CSS, navigate to Design -> Website -> Widgets.

Select the edit icon next to the widget you would like to style.
At the bottom of the Widget Options tab is a section titled Modify Widget CSS. Select the text link that reads Show to open up the CSS editor.
Here is the widget specific CSS that is currently applied. You may edit this existing CSS or add new rules.
Note: The IDX Support Team cannot support Custom CSS. You must be familiar with CSS to use the Custom CSS features in IDX Broker.
