Are you using your email address as username?
As of March 2021, IDX Broker has completed security upgrades to our system requiring all accounts to use a valid email address for logging in. If you were using a username that wasn't an email address that username will no longer work. Please try logging in with the primary email address associated with your IDX account. Your primary email address is where you receive notifications from IDX Broker. If you aren't sure what your primary email address is please Contact Support.
Forgot your password?
Click here to reset your password. A reset password link will be sent to the primary email address of your IDX account. If you do not receive the link to reset your password you may have used a different email as your primary email address. Please try another email address and Contact Support if you do not receive an email within one hour.
Need to reactivate your account?
If you cancelled your IDX account or it's been disabled for several months your credentials may no longer allow you to login to reactivate. Please Contact Support and we can guide you through reactivating your account.
I have multiple IDX accounts that all had different usernames - how do I log in?
If you have multiple IDX accounts logging in has never been easier. If all accounts have the same primary email address they will show upon logging in. You can easily switch between accounts by clicking where it shows your name in the top right corner and then clicking 'Switch Accounts'
If you don't see one of your accounts on the login screen it may be using a different primary email. If this is the case or you have any questions or concerns please Contact Support. We're here to help!

Our recent security upgrades ensure simple authentication and authorization across the entire Elm Street Technology group of companies - using a single login. If you’re having trouble logging into IDX Broker and are a current IXACT Contact client, try using your IAXCT Contact login credentials.
