Within your IDX Broker account, you can manage your MLS feed(s) in a variety of ways—whether you're checking your MLS approval status, reviewing MLS approval instructions, or looking to add or remove MLS data feeds from your account.
To access this information, click MLS from your main navigation menu.
Your Multiple Listings Services
On this page, you will see a list of the MLS feeds associated with your IDX Broker account, as well as the status of the approval for Active Data and Sold Data (if it is provided by your MLS).
In the Active/Sold Data columns, you will see various entries depending on where you are in the MLS approval process:
- Action Required - An item that requires your attention is delaying the approval process. For more information, please email our MLS team or call (800) 421-9668 for assistance.
- Processing - IDX Broker and your MLS are working on your approval in order to enable the MLS feed on your account.
- Active - The MLS feed is approved and enabled on your account.
- Inactive - The MLS feed is not enabled on your account.
- Upgrade to Engage (Sold) - Sold data is available but requires upgrading to an Engage level account.
- N/A (Sold) - Sold data is not available for this MLS feed.
Add An MLS Feed
To add another MLS feed to your account, click Add MLS in the upper-right corner, then type the name of your MLS board in the box provided and click on the correct entry from the list. A summary of any additional charges will be displayed on the page after selecting the MLS board.
If you need to update the payment information on record, you can do so by clicking the box provided on the right beneath the Summary section.
Once you are ready, click the blue Add Multiple Listing Service button and you will begin the MLS approval process. From there, you will be taken to a page which describes the next steps in more detail.
Cancel An MLS Feed
In order to take an MLS Feed off your account or cancel a request, click the Menu icon in the right column and select Remove Active/Sold Data or Cancel Active/Sold Data Request. Once you confirm the request, the MLS feed will be set to Inactive and you will not be charged for the MLS feed going forward.
Important Note: Setting all of your MLS feeds to Inactive will not cancel your IDX Broker account. If you wish to cancel your entire service, please follow the steps in our Account Cancellation Article.
