IMPress 2.2 brought with it the convenience of managing your leads without ever leaving WordPress. Get a quick glance at your new leads without ever leaving WordPress and then move on with your day to accomplish other tasks.
To manage IDX Broker leads in WordPress, click Leads in your WordPress dashboard. Here you can add a lead or manage your existing leads.
The interface is updated for WordPress, but the process for updating and adding leads is very similar to that in the classic IDX Broker dashboard.
You can add and edit your lead information and even add saved properties that match your lead's interest.
Manually add a new lead to your account by clicking Leads in the WordPress dashboard and 'Add Lead'. Here is a form to fill out the information concerning the lead. Fill out as much information as you have. With an office account, you can even assign one of your agents to this lead right from the start.
If you choose to edit the information in WordPress, click the 'Edit Lead' icon and then change the contact information, add or view the notes on this lead or add a saved property.
NOTE: Due to increased usage of the limited API, it is advised to use the WordPress lead interface sparingly.

Once a lead is created, it should show in the table available under the Leads navigation in WordPress. You can edit the contact information to fill out additional information about a lead. To the right of the basic lead information, like Name, Email address, Phone Number, and Agent there are actions that can be applied to the lead. Here you can delete the lead or edit the lead in WordPress or IDX Broker.If you choose to edit the information in WordPress, click the 'Edit Lead' icon and then change the contact information, add or view the notes on this lead or add a saved property.
Add a Saved Property
- In the WordPress Dashboard, click Leads -> Leads
- Click the icon for 'edit lead'.
- Select the Saved Properties tab.
- Click the + icon to add a new property.
- Fill in the MLS id and a name for this item.
- Save Property
NOTE: Due to increased usage of the limited API, it is advised to use the WordPress lead interface sparingly.
