How to Set Up Social Pro
- Log in to your IDX Broker Dashboard.
- Navigate to
Design > Settings > Global. - Once in Global Preferences, select the Social tab.
- Add your Facebook Business Page URL and/or X profile URL and press Activate.
- Click Save.

Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure you're using a Facebook Business account or a personal Page.
- If auto-posting isn’t working, try disconnecting and reconnecting your social links.
- Contact IDX Broker support if you need help verifying your account links.
Note: Auto-posting may be subject to rate limits or temporary delays due to platform-specific restrictions from Facebook, X or LinkedIn.
